Q. Can beginners use the studio?
A. Yes, absolutely. However, there’s one thing we’d like you to know beforehand: we’re deeply committed to lesson quality and only hire touring professionals as coaches. Because of this, we are not a studio with a dedicated coach always on-site, as some other studios are. If you’re hoping for someone to always be right beside you while you practice, we may not be able to meet that expectation.
Q. Do you rent clubs and shoes?
A. We provide rental clubs, shoes, balls, and gloves, so you can come empty-handed.
Q. Can left-handed golfers use the studio?
A. Currently, our bays are set up for right-handed golfers only.
Q. How do I make a reservation?
A. You can book through our reservation system. First-time visitors are required to complete a trial session and facility orientation first.
Q. Is the first visit free?
A. Yes — your first visit is free. It is limited to one per person. The first visit mainly consists of a studio tour and a try-out of our Trackman bays. Tour pro lessons are not included.
Q. Until when can I cancel a reservation?
A. Bay reservations can be canceled up to 40 minutes before the reserved time. For details, please see ourTerms of Use.
Q. Can I use the studio late at night or early in the morning?
A. We’re open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. During hours when staff aren’t present, entry and exit are securely managed through our facial recognition system. For what to check when choosing a 24-hour indoor golf studio, see our guide to 24-hour indoor golf (in Japanese).
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept credit card payments (VISA, Mastercard, Diners, JCB, AMEX).
Q. Do you offer monthly plans?
A. Yes. We offer two ways to use the studio: a “Monthly Plan Membership” for those who want to visit regularly, and a “Visitor” option for occasional use. For details, please see ourPricing.
Q. Can minors use the studio?
A. Yes, with a parent or guardian’s consent. Please contact us for details on the plans available.
Q. What should I do if I’ve left something behind?
A. Lost items are kept for one month before being disposed of. If you think you may have left something, pleasecontact us as soon as possible.
Q. Which stations are closest to the studio?
A. It is a 4-minute walk from JR Bakurocho Station, 5 minutes from JR Asakusabashi Station, 7 minutes from Iwamotocho Station (Toei Shinjuku Line) or Higashi-Nihombashi Station (Toei Asakusa Line), and 9 minutes from JR Akihabara Station. You can also walk from Bakuro-yokoyama (6 min), Kodemmacho (11 min), Kanda (15 min) and Shin-nihombashi (16 min). Walking directions from each station (Japanese only): Bakurocho, Asakusabashi, Iwamotocho, Higashi-Nihombashi, Akihabara, Bakuro-yokoyama, Kodemmacho, Kanda, Shin-nihombashi.
