What one-on-one with an tour professional makes possible
- Because they compete for scores at the top level, they teach by working backwards from the question of how to actually lower your score.
- A coach still pursuing their own improvement brings the same intensity to your goals.
- They also understand body mechanics and conditioning, so they can advise on a swing that puts less strain on you.
- In the studio or out on the course, they can demonstrate on the spot — what words alone cannot convey, you can see.
- The full 60 to 120 minutes is yours one-on-one, so a session never ends half-finished.
Golf is a generous sport in which people from many backgrounds can teach. That said, for the reasons above, we offer one-on-one lessons with tour professionals only.
If you’d like to book, we’ll help arrange a date —
please contact our staff in-studio or via official LINE.
Frequently asked questions about lessons
Questions we often hear from people looking for golf lessons or a golf school in Tokyo.
Q. Where do the lessons take place?
A. At our studio in Higashi-Kanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo (street-level, on Yasukuni-dori). It is a 4-minute walk from Bakurocho Station, 5 minutes from Asakusabashi, 7 minutes from Iwamotocho and 9 minutes from Akihabara. Round lessons are held at a golf course.
Q. How is this different from a class-based golf school?
A. Our studio lessons are one-on-one only. Rather than attending a class on a fixed day and time, we arrange the date for each session, and the full 60 or 120 minutes is yours alone. If you would like to learn with others, we offer round lessons (for groups of 3 or 6).
Q. Can I take a lesson without being a member?
A. Yes. Non-members can take single sessions at ¥13,000 for 1 hour or ¥20,000 for 2 hours. Individual members pay ¥6,000 for 1 hour or ¥9,000 for 2 hours. Gold, Platinum and Junior members have the special rates shown in the table above.
Q. Can beginners take lessons?
A. Yes. Lessons are one-on-one, and rental clubs, shoes and gloves are available. Please note that our coaches are all tour professionals and are on-site only on certain days, so a coach will not be beside you on every visit. Outside your lesson days, the time is for your own practice.
Q. Do you use Trackman in lessons?
A. Yes. Every bay has a Trackman iO launch monitor, and coaching is based on the numbers for each shot, such as ball speed, launch angle and spin rate.
Q. Is a lesson included in the free first visit?
A. The free first visit focuses on a tour of the studio and trying a Trackman bay; it does not include a lesson from a tour professional. We are happy to discuss lesson content and scheduling on the spot.
Thinking about taking a lesson?
Your first visit is free (one per person). It takes about 30 minutes, including a swing analysis and a tour of the studio, and we can talk through lesson options right there. Because every coach is a tour professional still competing, on-site days are limited, so please let us know the dates that suit you.
